An excellent experience. Prompt tesponse from Kris and he explained precisely what he was doing to replace my slashed tire and why. He then strongly advised me not to drive far on the spare and had me tell him where I planned to go. Given the slashed tire totally complicated my day, Kris made it as easy as possible.
