On a recent business trip I detoured into Regina to have lunch with a friend. She suggested Crave as I have no idea where to eat in the city as I'm from Red Deer, AB. I believe she had the Butter Chicken and I had the Winnipeg Pickeral. I took a chance, but I love Pickeral and hoped for the best. What a wonderfully balanced dish! Cooked to perfection! (Most fishermen know there's a fine line between perfect, flaky Pickeral and dried, dead fish!) This wonderfully prepared dish was superb! Seasoned precisely and cooked properly. What a delight! Top it off with a trendy atmosphere and just the right amount of personal service, it's the first time in history that I could not find fault of any kind in the experience. Staff truly showed that they have pride in their work and it
shows! Great job! It made the little time I had to spend with a friend simply amazing! Thank you so much!

I Love to go to Classic buffet. A particular waitress here knows me, out of ALL the people she must be seeing cycling through this place every day. Makes me wonder HOW ON EARTH she could remember me. And she gets my drink right EVERY TIME! I dont know, but she has a powerful memory. I could never remember anyone in a place that is heavily trafficed like this.
The food is so good, especially for a buffet. Most of the time, the food is well stocked and hot. I dont know who manages the Classic Buffet, but they do a fantastic job. The manager must keep everybody toeing the line, as this buffet is so good for the value.
Actually, this place has IMPROVED over the last 5 years! So, no wonder that this is a great place.
