No one showed up for a scheduled appointment and no one bothered to return my message. Huge inconvenience of taking time off work. I would never book this company again.

Fast service and knowledgable technician. However, if the technician let you know won't charge you for the service. Please record it as they come back to me after few days later saying that I didn't pay for the service. Sounds like I'm a bad customer. The truth is they made an error. They find out my furance is no longer cover under the warranty until now. The technician also said that he never mentioned no charge for the service. I won't contact this company for any service in the future.
