May have been the worst dealership I've ever been in. Their Salesman named Herman has 0 customer service or courtesy. I have no clue how he even has his job.
I am a current owner of an Infiniti vehicle and decided to browse new inventory with the idea of downsizing. At first, my experience was pleasant with the sales associate- he is relatively new to sales. It changed once one of the managers proceeded to get involved. I believe they were trying a high pressure sales tactic and the manager was just yelling and screaming at me the entire time with my 4 year old child on my lap. It was abusive, aggressive, unprofessional and completely disrespectful.
Tried to sell us a car with known problems that would have cost $4000+ to fix. When confronted with the proof, was told they didnt know about the issues (even though I had found the service report listing the problems in the car itself!). Gave me a refund but if I hadnt caught them in this lie I would have inadvertently bought a total lemon.
Had an amazing experience purchasing my new Q60, treated so well by Sales, Finance and Management here, couldn't recommend them more. Daniel in Sales made sure that it was the right vehicle for me and could not have been better to deal with. I love my new vehicle and purchasing it was so easy and enjoyable, thanks again!
