At this clinic you can expect to wait well over an hour even if you schedule an appointment and are there early or on time (I've had to wait over two hours on several occasions). If you show up a few minutes late they will cancel your appointment and tell you to re-schedule. Most of the front staff are unpleasant. The doctors that you normally schedule with are usually away for one reason or the other and are constantly substituting other doctors in.
