Do not recommend. Please DO NOT choose her as a caterer. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the owner. My wedding was set for July 2020, but the facility (Dow Center fort Sask) canceled me because of COVID. Since the facility canceled me, we were forced to postpone our date. The owner of Apulia refused to give us our $2000 deposit back, even though we were not the ones who canceled. She refused to even put that $2000 towards a different event for us. Absolutely sickening.

disappointed in weeks of pointless emails

Tried to get in touch with them for weeks, finally got them to send a menu and on the phone tentatively book a date, and when i confirm menu items (the same day as i received the menu) they send me an email asking the date again. when i saying they are booked for that date! super disappointing as now i spent weeks of my time trying to get in touch with a company who dropped my booking without giving me so much as an hour to reply... what a waste of my time and my companies time...
