    Stay away

    The Lube Stop in LACOMBE incorrectly assembled the filter on my 2011 Toyota Tundra. Its the first oil change the truck has ever had. The attendants did not apply the o ring properly on my cartridge filter and when I drove to Calgary, the truck leaked out all the oil in my engine and it ran dry. The management refused to accept any responsibility and took FOUR months to do refund my money for the oil change.They did not say sorry or deal with it at all. It took over 20 phone calls, emails and visits to get any action.They were not pro-active or professional. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had and now my warranty is void. Stay away from these people.
