Got the run around, told to come down after explaining my vehicle type, I presume it was the owner that looked at it in the parking lot and told me he wouldn't allow it into his shop as it wasn't heavy duty enough, asked what was wrong and "diagnosed" the problems. The best part of this experience was the referral to another shop that was willing to do the job. The owner seemed knowledgeable however the experience wasn't ace, anyway I'm glad I didn't take his advice his "diagnosis" was wrong.
