usually come to the car wash on a daily basis and every day the guy working at the front desk is always in a bad mood and never seems to be friendly or nice

New car wash is terrible. I mentioned this to the owner and was told I should start going elsewhere. This is after getting my car washed here every week for the last 4 years. Worst customer service ever. Wow.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst service, paid $17 for the ultimate car wash and my car was still dirty and gross afterwards I went in to talk to the attendant and was treated extremely poorly and told that I wasn’t listening when she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again, I got a “re-wash” which apparently she wasn’t supposed to give me anyways? And said I couldn’t get a refund. I did the re-wash right away and car was still dirty with more watermarks

Payed $17 for the ultimate car wash. Car came out with dirt, water stains and bugs still on it. Asked for a refund and they gave me a free wash. She was very rude and no customer service what so ever. When I told her she huffed and stomped out to look at my car. And then she accused me of lying after the second one didnt work. Need to work on your customer service. Ill pay the $17 at a car wash that actually works, thanks.

THe $16 car wash left my car dirty, so I complained and was told I could have a re-wash. When I returned to go through the car wash a second time I was accused of lying and going home to get my other vehicle so I could wash it for free. When my car came out dirty a second time and I showed the owner that the car wash wasnt doing a good job he asked me never to return to his store. He was extremely rude and I will never patronize this store again.
