Stay away or loose your money

I rented a mobile home here and was given a $600 rent increase after my first year. Woman in Calgary said if I bought it would be cheaper so I did. Then lot rent went up and was the same as I paid renting! Now that I am trying to sell the park is refusing all buyers! Greedy landlord offered me $1000 to buy back a trailer I paid $30,000 for that I lived in for only three years AND I had to replace all the windows. Found out he does this to everyone. I can sue but I can't afford time and money.
