Updated all of exterior: roof, siding, eavestrough, fascia, etc. Contractor's work was good for the most part but Remstar supervisor was MIA for 99% of the time and crews did not know full scope of work to come prepared with proper supplies. Took a full year to complete and multiple items were not completed as quoted strictly due to lack of preparation and communication. I spent many hours coordinating and cleaning up. Would not recommend based on this experience.

We are very sorry to hear you're experience with RemStar could have been a lot better Chris. We can't tell you how thankful we are for your constructive feedback! We've since replaced this supervisor with a new team of highly qualified customer focused project-managers. We have also installed new measures to ensure our process is extremely organized and coordinated, you can be certain this won't happen again!
