Crystal Clean Laundromat

I don’t understand the bad reviews, but they are over 5 years old. Cheryl and Neil are always extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I’m a regular client there for the past 3 years and am always happy to see them and take my shop’s towels in either for drop off/pick up or to do myself and have a good chat!

The staff member was very helpful and friendly. nice and clean, low prices. has change on site.

Don't even waste your time or money

Same as everyone else.. Rude staff/owners.. I had come in after work with JUST enough time to do my laundry and was stared down and huffed and puffed at the entire time i was there.. i was keeping them until closing time(oh no!).. next time i came in i again just had enough time to do my laundry after work and was ignorantly told that no i cant i dont have enough time.

Owner is rude and unpleasant to deal with won't educate how to clean machines. Other wise I liked facility but won't be back and reward bad service

Probably the most unpleasant business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Expensive, machines don't work properly, and the most rude and unhelpful people imaginable on staff. Wouldn't even consider going back there.
