I came here and I got two iced Capps and a steeped tea. Drove off, and the whole tray flipped in my car. I came back to get it remade and they charged me again for it. I myself work at Tim Horton’s in red deer, and we always remake drinks that spill or are a mix up. This is unfair because I just got double charged for something that I only got one of. I would like a refund if possible, as I have worked at tims for 6 years and know that this is not right.
We just left Tim Hortons in Sylvan Lake, A.B. We didn’t even get service inside! Only 4 people seated and 1 other guys in front of us in line. The guy in front of us waited for over 10 mins, while a ignorant woman that worked behind the counter kept yelling to someone in the back, “people up front”. All the staff were lazy. Some were Talking to each other drinking a drink. She just kept yelling, then finally served the guy in front of us and totally ignore my husband, our two kids.
The slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too!!! It’s sunday at 3pm and I’ve been in the drive thru line for the last 20min!!! How long does it take to give someone a cup of coffee and a donut???? Absolutely ridiculous
Just about every time I get a sandwich the vegetables are going rotten. Even to the point of turning black. How is this right, public pays good money for your food and you give us rotting food for our money.
Awesome coffee, and even better customer service! Only Tim's I've ever seen employees come outside in the freezing cold and help push a person stuck at the drive thru.
