For a move in, they did a great job in cleaning. They confirmed the time, were on time and only charge for the time they were on site. I was very pleased with their services provided. The house was sparkling clean after. Thanks!!

It was fast and easy. We moved but I wish they were near Nanaimo!!!!! Weve struggled finding a new house cleaner. The way local maid is designed is to ensure you can give feedback which is passed along. The better the reviews the more in demand someone is. Plus they take care of payment not me paying a diff person!

This is SVs wife. I am 60 years old. My DH booked an appointment with LocalMaid as a gift to me, due to my health. On the day, I waited. NO SHOW. This was a move out. I was left to do it all on my own. Thanks, LocalMaid, for absolutely NOTHING. No call, no answers when I called them. Pay up front for services not rendered. GREAT business. Folks, call a real business if you really want someone to help you out in your time of need.
