I just received a picture of my sister with the flowers I ordered from you for delivery to her. What a sad, sorry, pathetic effort on your part in filling the order! I paid you $93.39 for a cheerful assortment of bright and colorful flowers and you sent a small white vase with all white flowers. I have both sent and received flowers this season - $80.63 - and deliveries included long stem roses, miniature roses, snapdragons, pinecones, candy canes and greenery SHAME ON YOU!
