Driver charged me...

Driver charged me twice for the same ride. Called in 3 separate times before someone actually picked up the phone when connected to an admin. Spent 5 minutes giving information to the Admin and she assured me that the double charge would be taken off of my card. It has been TWO DAYS, and I have received no email, and the charge is still on my card. The mistake happened 2 weeks ago. How much work am I supposed to put in to fix a drivers mistake, exactly? AVOID
