Blitz Holdings located at 1445 Chesterfield Road in North Vancouver is a vermin infested building. The individuals located on the second floor in particular are facing a massive infestation where the mice are eating through the walls, floors, dropping in from the windows, fireplaces, and hydronic piping. Flooring and walls are falling apart, building is unsafe. Superintendent has not increased the frequency or tactics to address the problem. The mouse urine is causing sick building syndrome.
