    I would rate PeachCliff Estates higher then 5 stars! I find Management very professional, the park is well maintained, and of high standard's! it is the Gem of OK Fall's! I praise the management for not having tenant's "Move their Farm" to the park! if people want to live in a "Slum Park" then they are out there, not in this one!

    We are new to the park and it is the worst place we ever lived. If you are looking for a comfortable place to retire keep looking. Worst management ever.

    In Replying to the review left by Linda L we find it most unfortunate. Every prospective Tenant is given a copy of the Park Rules & A Tenancy Agreement. We manage a wonderful Park with alot of great Tenants and feel this a great Community for people to retire or semi retire. Unfortunately sometimes we need to address issues of destruction of property. placing structures not allowed on the site etc... then we have to address these issues and try to work it out with the Tenants so it does not adversly affect other homeowners and their property values. We wish the Best for Linda L and hopes she will end up finding somewhere that best suits her lifestyle. Sincerely, Peach Cliff Management

    Oppressive park r...

    Oppressive park rules administered by an overbearing park manager. Unrealistic expectations of new residents regarding initial repairs and yard work by not giving enough time to complete.

    Every prospective tenant is given Park Rules and a Tenancy Agreement. We have a great treasure here to live and in the Tenants that live here. We work hard to maintain the Park and so do our tenants, time to time we have to address issues. We will continue to do our best to fairly ensure everyone does their part to maintain their sites and follow park rules so other tenants are not negatively affected by the negative actions of others as this is a community. We wish the best for April M and hope she has found a place that better suits her lifestyle. Management
