Fixed us the same day. Had another company out that said they'd fixed it but it broke again two weeks later. These guys have been around for years and it shows.

One of the two springs that opens the garage door was broken and need replacing. Within 2 hours of my call a serviceman arrived at our place. A short time later the new springs were in, the tension properly adjusted. He also tightened all the hinge bolts and took away the damaged parts. The serviceman was very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst company eve...

Worst company ever. DO NOT USE. THey overcharge for call outs. THey won't troubleshoot on the phone first. I was charged $125 for someone to come & unplug my garage door unit & merely plug it back in. Apparently this resets it. They wouldn't tell me this on the phone, they choose to send a call out so they can charge. ANCHOR DOORS call out is half the price AND they troubleshoot before they send someone out. NEVER USE OK DOORS
