Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating Coquitlam Branch

Yesterday, FEb. 21, 2019 I scheduled an appointment and was promised plumber would come today after noon. At 4:15 PM I called and was informed that Chris wld still be coming and was just on his way to the shop. At 6:27 PM I left a message that I am cancelling the order. I am writing this to warn the public about this company. At the very least, they should have phone that they could not make it today. We wasted the whole afternoon and evening waiting but you never called. What kind of service?

I called Hillcrest Dec21 2017 to repair the pipe coming out of the wall to my bathroom sink the pipe had to be replaced it had rusted away. Ian came in and repaired the problem it took approx. three hours he did an excellent job I was very happy with the work and the price was fair
