Lots of verbal promises that are never going to happen. Act like favor if get a glaring deficiency completed after months of emails. Move in delayed months and unfinished inside and out. Cash up front and year later...still a mess

Never get this company to build you a home. They dont finish the home when you move in and say that they have a year to finish but its not in writing. They use sub trades for a lot of the work and the workmanship is not good. When trying to contact someone about your home they dont answer the phone or e-mail back.

Amazing home....we are so impressed with what they can do with modular home designs with the quality and many options now available. Hearing so many horror stories from friends who had built their homes with builders, trades and going over budgets we were worried about going that direction. Freeport staff and crew really show us how effective modular can be. We love our new home. Stress free and on budget. Thanks
