Clearly out of touch with the residential side of their business. I was billed $500 for a tech to drive to my house (I live 45mins away) and remove 12 screws from the upper unit on my fridge. He did not do anything other than say "I think the main control board is the issue" and put the screws back in. The tech was onsite for maybe 30-40 mins I actually tracked down and ordered the part for the fridge, and install it myself. If your not a large company - STAY AWAY
