I was very ill but was pestered for cash by Carl. He started the roofing job in Oct and finished 20%. In Dec he had finished another 2/3rds of job. I continued to stay in touch to see when he would finish the job until May. Ghosted me after that. Liar and con man. Roof still isn't finished.
