They accepted a job, backed out last minute due to an burst sewer (I’m fine with that). It’s been 3 days and they haven’t returned a call/text or message. Unreliable service. Could improve by having better communication.

Came to my house ...

Came to my house two different occasions to give an estimate on a basement bathroom installation, promised both times he would email me an estimate. I even called to remind him after the second time and he assured me he would email me when he returned home at the end of the day, but he didn't. I guess he didn't want our business.
