I was advised by the garage door opener manufacturing company to contact them for maintenance of the door so that the opener could function properly. They were nice and were quick to send a technician for maintenance call. After inspection, he informed that the maintenance wasnt of any use as both the door and opener needed replacement (which was an honest advise). Despite of sharing this fact to Abbey Overhead Doors, they still insisted on paying the full service fee, which I finally had to.

they did 2 overhead doors for me and including the machines. one is down after 1 month under the warranty and another one is down after 15 months. out of warranty.
