We had used Richard in the past to update a few of our windows. He required a few follow ups before he came to take the measurements and installed everything after with missing parts and said he would return the next day but didnt show up. After following up multiple times, he came back to finish the installation. Recently we asked him to update our other windows. After reaching out to him for several months, he finally responds on when he would come but doesnt show up. Terrible experience.

We paid in full .....happy with the windows but damage done to our electrical panel......a couple of Richard workers came to look at panel but two major appliances still not working. Richard claims to have insurance but we have tried and tried to contact his insurance but they did not respond. We sent an electrician report saying that all their tools plugged into one outlet resulted in damage. Do not pay in full right away.....wait a few days ......make sure everything is ok..he is not insured

Richard and his team installed our windows and our patio door today July 17th, 2019 and they did a fantastic job. We are so impressed with their attention to detail. Thanks so much Richard, you are number # 1 and I will highly recommend you.
