RR Garage Doors

I was very disappointed by this company’s arrogance, lies and misleading behaviour. I had to replace my garage door torsion springs. I called and told them the size of the springs, and they said they had them in stock. I asked Richard in advance if he could provide a warranty, and he agreed. When they came, the springs were not the same that they told me they would bring. Without telling me beforehand, he now said that factory does not produce those springs anymore. I checked.
