Honest and quality service. The job was explained in terms I could understand, and before any work started I was given a quote. Although I am sure the job took longer because of unforeseen issues as a result of the measurements I took,I was charged exactly what was quoted. I purchased a new kitchen faucet, water dispenser and whole house filter at Home Depot. I called John L to install it. He installed the kitchen faucet but advised not to install the other, for valid reasons. We have multiple problems with our water system and he spent 30 minutes helping me figure it out and then just charged me for the faucet installation. I wanted him to change some other plumbing and he explained how I could easily do it myself.
He is honest and knowledgeable.
Showed up on time, he found the problem quickly. Gave lots of advice. Very professional and friendly, I would recommend John L Plumbing and drain cleaning
This guy is the rudest person I have ever come across, he has NO respect for anyone..yells at you when you ask him a question.." I DON`T TAKE ORDERS FROM YOU ".....does not remove his shoes and is not professional at all...if I could give a minus 100 I would.....
I was sent by the property manger to do some work in a unit, next door to the unit Sandra rents. Sandra knew I was the plumber and came into the unit and started harassing and questioning me. Without raising my voice I replied, I don't answer to you, I answer to the property manager/owners.
Shame on you Sandra for your lying, no company would stay in business if they acted that way in your review

I just had John L Plumbing over to install a kitchen faucet and to cable out my bathtub drain,...John was pleasant, professional, and gave me a lot of advice. His prices are very, very reasonable; I am thrilled! I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.
