Barmac Garage Doors

Barmac installed undersized, after-market torsion springs when hired to repair our garage door, despite being repeat customers. Their installer wound up the springs to their maximum, but the door was not balanced (which we had no idea, trusting their "expertise"). As a result, the garage door opener broke at the cost of over $600. Now new springs will have to be installed to avoid physical injury or the garage door opener breaking again. They will not even return our call to speak with a manager
