Customer service has definitely improved. The lady in the other reviews is no longer there. I found them very helpful, and they worked with me during Covid-19

Aweful service. Rude lady on the phone. You need everything but your blood type pretty much to borrow. I'm used to cashmoney where all u need is a smart phone with banking app. Unreal and not helpful. No promo for new customers also. Do not recommend!!

The person that works there full time is a horrible person to deal with. She always refers to a manager who you never see. I think she uses this as a threat for people to pay when they try to work with her and do the best they can.
