Cold waiting room, nice people

I did immigration medicals here, meaning physical, blood tests and x-ray in the same day. I had to wait for an hour after my appointment should have started before I saw the doctor, and the waiting room was very chilly and not very comfortable. Then there was a couple of other waiting periods, so it took a long time. But everyone working there were nice and friendly, including receptionists, doctors and techs. The young woman who took the blood sample was excellent. You could tell it was a very busy day for them but nobody took the stress out on the patients.
