If I could rate this company less than a 1, I would. My mothers unit quit working January 6/22 after numerous calls and asking someone to come to my mothers apartment to install a new unit as the light was flashing yellow, I was told I would have to pay for the service even though she rents it, finally onMarch 5/22 I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau if this did not get resolved. My mother cannot be without this unit working as she lives alone, I am so fed up!!!
