Some of the reviews posted are from the contractors that work for General Flooring Canada, for example "Tudor Yang." They are disorganized. Expect to do half the planning and coordinating yourself. Not very transparent in pricing. They said painting of the baseboards was $400 extra, but they didn't finish the baseboards. They charged me $7000 for a 590sqft condo and the result was terrible. The baseboards were terribly done and there are gaps between the click flooring. Do not hire this company

Being to a few flooring shops, end up getting laminate from this one, great selection and yes it is better priced for its quality. I appreciate the services from Zoe, she was helpful and knew her stuff.

I will not recommend them to anyone. I had a worst experience ever. Spent about $8000 and the floor doesn't look $8000 worth. Not professional. I wish i have gone somewhere else, but what is done is done.

just pass this store today, take a short visit inside to check the hardwood floor. the staff is so nice here!
