    Highly Recommended

    If you're looking for a nice, clean, affordable apartment in downtown Ottawa, then this is your place. I recently moved back downtown from the bubrs, and I am so glad I did - I've been enjoying downtown life again! Centre Town Place is located close to all amenities - grocery stores, office buildings, the Byward Market and Elgin street restaurants and nightlife - you name it. Yet it is quiet, safe and clean. Specifically, the management is superb: friendly, helpful, professional, etc. I like being able to walk to work in the morning instead of commuting for forty minutes or more. I would highly recommend Centre Town Place (to anyone who will be a good neighbour, of course).

    Great Apartment

    I was a recent tenant of Centretown (Centre Town) Place and my experience was excellent. Looking for an apartment in a city I was unfamiliar (from TO) for a contract position was a tad overwhelming but I was able to find this apartment for a reasonable price downtown! - I was really lucky. The maintenance and property management group exceeded my expectations from past buildings I had lived in. My only complaint would be the inconvenience of the maintenance which was occurring throughout my tenancy (balcony being locked out, filter changing, building painting, pool closure... etc). That being said I am glad that they did do these things it was just a tad inconvenient at the time. I had a great experience and there are so many amenities here Pool/Spa, Sauna, Gym, Roof Terrace and best of all LOCATION!
