    Great people and fast service

    We have been a customer here for over 5 years. We are a commercial/industrial HVAC firm. It is always a pleasure to work with George and Keith at the front desks. They manage to get my rush orders done within a day sometimes only a couple of hours! On a bad day the quality of the S/D joints are a 3/5. But at the expense of minimizing wait times for rush orders it is worth it for us. Overall a good custom sheet metal shop with good customer service.

    Loyal and convenient service

    I have been a loyal customer of this business for the past 7 years. The people at the front desk are efficient and readily available at any point of the day. They are great at what they do and I cannot express how hard these people work for so many years. The other reviewer probably just had a bad day.... go figure.

    Poor customer service

    The service I received from the counter person was rude, ignorant and made statements to me that were condescending. Such poor customer service that I will never go back there again. I rated it a 1 but it is below -1. If you want to be treated with respect do not go to this company. They made a mistake with my request and basically wanted me to pay again for their mistake on top of being utterly rude to me. I suggest you go elsewhere for your sheet metal requests.
