    DO NOT GO TO LYNH

    I genuinely believe that Lynh is the WORST NAIL SALON IN MONTREAL. Every time I have gone, I have had issues with them. They consistently "forget" my appointment (which I make days in advance and confirm before my arrival). This time, sitting in their overheated salon, I waited 30 minutes as I watched them seat other customers as they walked in. I had to confront the rude owner, Lynh, in order to discover she had forgotten my appointment - which seems unlikely since this is the first thing they ask when you walk in! What kind of business strategy it is to treat your customers as though they are invisible? They are rude, unreliable and I strongly do not recommend going here!

    Worst experience

    Going to Lynh's for my nails was THE worst experience! I had made an appointment and when I walked in, there was no one to let it be known that I was there for my appointment, the employees looked at me as if I was invisible. Finally someone came over and barked at me to sit down, and they would get my pedi bath ready, and then while waiting, the chair was given to someone else, so I was lead to a nail technician, who I found to be rough and annoyed at how I liked my nails done. The pedi which I eventually had, was a rush job. I paid and went home, and not 10 mins. home, one of my nails broke. I went back and again was treated like I was invisible, althought it was not more than 20 mins that I had left. After MUCH arguing and looking like a total lunatic, the nail was repaired, and then the wrong colour was put on! Never have I had such abrupt, impersonal, rude people. I would go to a vet to get my nails done before going back there!!!
