    New owners and administration made living conditions worse than before.

    This building has degraded immensely since ownership changed a few years ago. The management has no real filters as who rents here and as a result the noise levels have escalated to unacceptable levels. I highly recommend for anyone who wants peace of mind to stay away from here as far as possible.
