Needed new tires to begin with, ended up getting a flat. Brought my car here and got a good deal on 4 new tires and an oil change. Service was excellent and they were very personable and friendly. I work pretty much the same hours as they are open and I was worried about how to drop off/pick up my car without missing too much time at work and they worked out a solution with me that helped me out immensely. Sam is undoubtedly the best in the auto glass industry. He is so kind, empathetic, friendly and accomodating. The craftsmanship is very meticulous and thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a broken front windshield due to vandalism, and on short notice Sam & Adrian had it fixed the SAME day. The process was seamless. I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done. Tomas Beblar Lire plus
