We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.

My wife says I spend too much time in my Canadian Tire store. They have so many products and services to offer that it becomes my one-stop-shop, and where I can find emergency items. It is sometimes my sporting goods store, car repair facility, and household products shop. Thank you Canadian Tire.

My cat statue came in great condition, it scares the hell outta my dog which is great cuz the goldfish hates him, but the iguana likes the cat so thats all that matters, but ya know my frog has been having an affair with the snake and the dog is NoT hApPy, so you could say that this statue fills my needs as a customer. Thank much chuk

Awesome Customer Service. My wife and I purchased a sofa bed and 2 recliners. Upon delivery, we discovered an issue with the sofa bed (wrong pattern) and an issue with a recliner (configuration). Both issues were manufacturing and not because of EHF. What impressed us was the courteous professionalism we encountered while reaching a resolution. The sofa bed pattern was corrected and delivered. The recliner target date 1 Nov 2019. Because of Mike-Cust svc and Jessica-sales, our go to is EHF.
