Sad day for me today,found out my favourite teller is retiring at the end of December. I just want to say that I am so grateful to have met you Lisa!? You changed my life for the better and I owe you so much for having faith in me. You didnt have to do the things you did for me but you did and I just want you to know YOU ARE APPRECIATED! Excellent service, especially compared to Scotia Bank in the plaza. Quick service and Jessica at the help desk assisted me with everything I needed and then some. Safe to say Ive changed banks, what a remarkable visit.
