Have always had excellent work done whenever I brought in my grandmother's old clock 9it was a wedding gift for them). i always bring it there whenever a problem arises. He is excellent at fixing items - courteous, great work. Highly recommend!

My experience with Phoenix Jewelers has been wonderful. Weather its to buy another Pandora piece to add to my collection or to purchase something all together different like Elle jewelry or maybe a couple of Samula B piece or to have something repaired or resize or redesigned. We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!

Amazing service!!! Best clock repair shop. John the owner is the most honest swiss trained technician I have ever encountered. My huge wall clock had a slow down problem ever since i adjusted it to day light savings. I thought I broke it when I turned the arm counter-clockwised instead of clockwised. When I took the clock to John's shop, he listened to my explanation very carefully. The problem was the arm touching the glass causjng the slow down. John fixed it quickly and did not even charge us for it. His service definitely exceeded my expectation!
