Brought my computer to K-TEC a few months ago, figured it would take about a week or so to get it back (given my prior experience with computer repair businesses) To my surprise, a few HOURS later I got a call from a very friendly technician who explained the issues to me after running diagnostics, and said if I wanted to go ahead with the repairs, they could have it ready for me before 5pm that day! Total cost to repair the computer just over 100 dollars (that included diagnostics, as well as the repair, labour and taxes) Since then, I'm happy to say that I haven't experienced any issues. The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me.
