I love this bank. If I need to use the teller there's hardly ever a lineup, if there is a lineup it moves quickly because they have enough tellers to help their customers in a timely manner. Great customer service, attention to detail, above and beyond. I do all my financial planning here and have for many years. Convenient, simple, and they are so friendly. I appreciate banking made easy.

This Citi Financial branch is amazing, they really personalize you! You are their main focus and even go out of their way to just give you a call to see how you are. I know it is part of the job but Andrea one of the workers there really goes above and beyond! I would recommend Citi Financial to anyone who is looking for a loan to help them out... they are fair and show that they do care!! It is easy to get to not very far from the malls in Chilliwack!

Love the service - at least in comparison to previous banking. Rare to have line ups, and I prefer to do my banking in person. Friendly staff that know me by name....where do you find that any more?

Account was hacked on April 30th - frequent and tiny Visa Debit Purchases wiped out my Account. Card was cancelled, Fraud Department Investigation opened. I had been waiting for a new Card as Clients couldn't pay me as even my PayPal was disabled. Had a balance of $148

I need a full service bank and TD has been very good to me. They are always professional and courteous and the hours they are open are fantastic. There's a branch in almost every neighbourhood. They meet all my needs from investing, borrowing to saving!

After being totally unappreciated at CWB in the same complex, I went here to set up an account. I was dealing with a very pleasant and helpful lady (Annie) within 5 minutes. She took the time to ensure the accounts I started were exactly what I needed and understood. In and out in less than half an hour and felt like my business was appreciated.

I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations.
