My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.

Broke down in our retro '93 diesel van and made it to S&M Diesel with a broken fuel line. Despite their busy schedule, they diagnosed and repaired it quickly, sourcing a hard-to-find part from the U.S. They also replaced our rotted muffler before pickup. The van was clean, and they provided detailed notes on the work. Friendly service, with Tabitha even driving us to our hotel! Highly recommend—I'd drive 9 hours back for their expert care. 10/10!

The owner clearly explained what my options were, and was Friendly, Fast, and had good Follow-up. I also appreciate Honesty. He did not give me the run around and explained what would be most suitable for my personal needs, which he was able to pick up on immediately (you cannot teach that kind of instinct!). I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. I found that very considerate and a big thumbs up to them. It really made me feel like they really cared about their customers. Thanks guys.
