We had a flood from our 2nd floor toilet and the water leaked through to to the main floor, doing extensive damage to the living and dining rooms, and leaked through to the basement and destroyed about 2/3rds of our basement, Service master came in and did a great job cleaning up the water, then demolishing all the areas that needed to be done and taking everything down to the studs. Unlike the last review I have nothing but good things to say. We had a sewer back-up and everyone of their team and or subcontractor that came out to either cleanup,rip out,repair, install, paint was awesome. Pam was one of the best managers I have ever worked with. This is the second time we have used Restorex for a disaster (other was a total loss fire) and I wouldn't hesitate to say they are the best!
