Always professional, always super helpful. They've made the trade in process really simple and easy for us over the years and helped us out a number of times with flat tires, warranty work, oil changes, tonneau covers, bed liners, etc. Great financing rates - particularly on the brand new vehicles at much lower rates than competing brands. Excellent service from the parts department as they worked to get me the best price possible on the parts I needed. The mechanics did exceptional work identifying the problem and fixing the airflow issue and I left not having to pay a dime! Good job, Ford in Lac La Biche!
