Janice looked after our mother for many years and was always an important part of her life. Towards the end of our Mom's life, Janice even came to her home to look after her beauty needs.

Tetyana is my third tailor in Victoria. The Russian Taikor was too expensive and too slow. Gar Fong was cheap and quick, but the language barrier caused problems. Tetyana is just right... reasonably priced, reasonably quick and she does excellent work.

On my recent visit to the Red Mirror Salon, I was very impressed by their safety and sanitary Covid-19 practices. Its hard to find a stylist that can cut & colour my (asian) hair well, but Angelina was very skilled and did an amazing job! At the same time, the whole experience was so much fun because Angelina has such a great personality and I could tell she greatly cares for her clients. I will definitely be back in the future and I highly recommend!

I can’t say more, my hair looks so much better. Koko is amazing! She’s so attentive to all my needs! She’s just like an older sister of mine:) I had oily and itching scalp before I met Koko, but after the treatment the smell I used to get from my unhealthy scalp just disappear! I really love the treatment and also the fringe straightening I got! The fringe straightening save me so much time on my bad hair days. Both hair services work amazing on me. I had my hair cut here by Allison before I went on vacation. She did a fabulous job, and even now, a month later, every time I look in the mirror, I love my hair! Best haircut I've had in a long time.
The two things I appreciated the most were the quality of the blowout I left the shop with, and also how good Allison is at cutting layers. She pins up sections of hair properly and cuts each section individually with precision. I highly recommend this stylist.

I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. My wife and I having been going to the Mayfair Chatters for years and I can't think of a complaint. The young lady's working the reception are courteous and helpful and the stylists are even better. The wife sees Kylee and I go in for Carrie and both of these artists keep us looking sorted and presentable. Admittedly I just get a cut, but the missus spends hours getting coloured and coiffed. And she always turns heads. The salon is almost always full of great energy and there's a tattooed fella in the middle who's everybody's best friend (or little brother, it's tough to tell).
Highly recommended on account of their mix of professionalism, talent, and convenience. They are in a mall after all.
