I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time....

We’ve rented from Clearway several times and each time, we get good service, a clean truck and no issues. This last time was for a long haul move and making a reservation last minute was successful with finding something available for what we needed. We would highly recommend using Clearway for your next move!

Great service for our event. We weren't sure exactly what we needed but were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Devlyn. Everything was explained and put our mind at ease.
When the trailer was delivered the driver Kevin ensured that all our needs were met, and he took his time to explain everything we had questions on.
I cannot put enough stars for how highly I recommend Sunrise and will use them again in the future at any time!

Aseem from Avis in Newton was more than accommodating and selflessly helpful making the entire process so much easier and stress free for us. He not only took a huge weight off of our shoulders but also extended a warm welcome and a helping hand when we needed it most. Quick, efficient service when I rented a vehicle over the weekend. I didn't fill up the car which I was just being lazy, so I paid a higher rate for fuel, but this was explained at the time of picking up the vehicle so no surprises there. Great vehicles, friendly staff and excellent service! Would recommend this company to others.

I can't say enough about this North Van Locost, they truly go out of their way to be helpful! Very genuine staff! I travel from out of province every couple of months to vist my aging mother. They are very accomidating to what vehicle would be suitable for us while I visit. They even pick me up from where I'm staying and return me at the end of my renting. These people are in the right business!
P.S. I love the Fiat!

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. I will use Dysco truck rental again when I need one.

I work in the hotel industry and I recently got some time off to go with my GF on a road trip to Vancouver island. I compared rental rates around the city and found Pacific Car Rentals able to match Budget car prices. They have a good selection of import cars that are fuel efficient which is something me and my gf is looking for since gas costs lots of money these days and we rented a small but great Honda Fit to drive around the Island for three days. We found nothing to complain, the car is excellent, service is good. We were worried about the insurance due to the one negative review but we bought the rental car premium LDW package that covers everything and had a $500 deductible instead so we felt safer and peace of mind. Overall, our experience from this rental car company is pretty good.
