I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.

My daughter took her car in for brake work, they discovered there was a recall on the brakes. They informed her about it and sent us over to Mazda. Clearly they put their customers first with this type honesty!

This is by far the best comprehensive auto repair shop i have underwent I initially started testing their service with an engine oil change of my 05 Impala and i was afforded critical information without charge plus a quality referral which saved me thousands in repair costs which other repair shops would recommend for a fee. Again, these guys really know their stuff. I brought my 2006 Land Rover LR3 in because both my rear brake lines were corroded and starting to leak. Kirk and his team repaired both lines, did a brake fluid flush, and inspected all my flexible brake hoses to make sure they were in good shape. All this for a fair price. I’m back on the road again with piece of mind for the safety of my vehicle. Thanks Kirk.

Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. I had spark plugs replaced and an engine oil change on my European car. Steve's Auto also recently changed my transmission oil, serviced all my car's fluids and tire needs. They were able to handle various leaks in the complex ABC system.
The owner was very creative to find a way to fix my broken glove box and that alone saved me over $3000 CAD. Very satisfied with the service.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They know what they are doing.
