I just wanted to say that Deb at the front desk was amazing! We are out of town, new to the area and needed a light changed on our truck.
We chose this place since it was the only business open on a holiday which was great!

I highly recommend Euro Pro Automotives for your mechanic needs. Very knowledgeable and fair priced mechanic. He goes above and beyond to fix up cars. I have been going here for the last 15 years, and there never has been any issues. Even purchased a couple cars off of him, as he is very well connected in the industry. When I need a very expensive part to be replaced on one of my vehicles, he went to a Pick and Pull yard, and found the part I needed for a fraction of the cost.

I don't take my vehicle anywhere else! It is so difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust! These guys do great work without overcharging! If possible, I always try to arrange maintenance/repairs a week in advance because they are always busy.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

iI have brought my two diesel VWs to Ian since the mid-2000s. He has done major servicing on the newer one, including change the timing belt, change out the front springs for taller ones, and install a 1 inch lift for the rears. When I found a donor parts car for my original VW, we struck a deal for him to swap parts off the running car for better ones off the dead one. Then he bought it for more parts for his race car. No complaints whatsoever!!

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person
